Driving Offences |
||
Whilst on visible patrols SNT help to prevent/deter offences and deal with offences that cause harm to the community- these offences could be Shop lifting, Anti Social behaviour, Driving offences, Criminal damage, Burglaries, theft of and from vehicles.
The below recent court results are from offences located by SNT in South Derbyshire:-
Ricky Booth, 31yrs, of Salisbury drive Midway was caught by PC's Williams & Holmes-Small driving a vehicle in Church Gresley whilst disqualified. He has been convicted at court for disqualified driving and driving with no insurance and received a further disqualification of 35 months, 100 hours of community service and £199 in court costs.
Luke Ballinger, 37yrs, of Brook street, Swadlincote was caught by PC's Williams & Holmes-Small driving a vehicle in Woodville whilst on a revoked drivers licence and no insurance. When the pair attempted to pull him over he failed to stop and hid in a bush until he was found by PCSO Anwar. He has been convicted at court for driving without due care and attention, failing to stop for a constable, driving on a revoked licence and driving without insurance. He was given a 12 week sentence suspended for 12 months, disqualified from driving for 18 months and £235 in court costs.
John Butler, 37yrs, of Main street Newhall was caught by PC's Holmes-Small & Williams driving a vehicle in Newhall whilst on a revoked drivers licence. He has been convicted at court and given 6 points on his drivers licence and a £253 in fines and court costs.
